VIMM is a committed team with fewer than ten members. However, we anticipate growth. Despite our present size, we achieve remarkable feats with the help of the Lord Jesus Christ and our partners. Our network includes various reputable professionals, such as teachers and engineers. We've built longstanding relationships with these people and can subcontract them, increasing our capacity.
Jovon Jacob is the lead steward of VIMM. As a classically trained engineer, his workmanship is ensuring precision. Mr. Jacob is committed to modifying existing or creating new products, systems and processes to increase efficiency, boost performance, enhance service and reduce costs, guided by Colossians 3:23-24. He is passionate about developing software tools to help solve real-world problems. His knack for explaining technical concepts and passion for empowerment through sharing knowledge drives his desire to be an educator in the STEM sector. After completing an undergraduate engineering degree in 2016, he began working in the construction industry later that year and was awarded a master's degree in 2023. Civil engineering and mathematical modelling are among his hard skills, complementing his critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Quintin Feveck is a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Specialist and another steward of VIMM. Quintin is an experienced Remote Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. He's skilled in AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D and experience in STAAD Pro. Quintin actively spends time uplifting youth through mentoring. Nneka Douglas-Abraham is an aromatherapist at VIMM. Nneka has been in the beauty industry for approximately two decades but expanded her services to holistic wellness within the last 7 years. Nneka has a Diploma in Advance Therapeutic and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Her dream of helping people started back in secondary school where she obtained a full NEC certificate in Beauty Culture,the only one in her class to do so that year. She later enhanced her training by doing courses online as well as with local facilitators which included aromatherpy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and more. She helps her client manage their pain, stress or injury by utilizing individual specialized treatment that targets the discomfort they’re experiencing. She is an expert on making clients experiences one they do not forget. Her treatments are aimed at providing relief and at the same time she expressly teaches how to reduce pain, mentally, physically and spiritually in-between her sessions.

Rebecca Gokool is a math tutor at VIMM. Ms. Gokool is a passionate and patient teacher with over half-decade of experience helping students in all levels of secondary school mathematics. With tailored lessons to suit each student’s unique learning style, she builds the confidence and problem-solving skills of her pupils. Ms. Gokool's teaching approach is characterized by personalized lesson plans, step-by-step explanations, interactive problem-solving, real-world applications of math and test-taking strategies.

Lincoln J. Dover is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) tutor at VIMM. He brings years of experience as a product developer, creating prototypes for the US-based National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) as a mechanical engineer. Mr. Dover received his Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) with a specialty in robotics. As a passion driven engineer, Mr. Dover provides 3D printing and mechanical design services to customers in Trinidad and Tobago under his startup business, SunPlex Manufacturing. There, he designs various products which are both functional and aesthetic for a variety of clients, and making use of his background in robotics. He continues to innovate to create various automated devices at an affordable cost for dozens of clients. Mr. Dover also has a proven history of public speaking, being a presenter at the NYIT Biotechnology conference in 2023 and also at the Cradle of Aviation Museum in New York, where he communicated his work to dozens of youth. Giving back to the youth remains a key part of Mr. Dover’s character, being involved in various youth programs at his home-church and elsewhere. He also enjoys movies and nature.

Abigail Charles is an IT Analyst/Programmer by profession. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence (Upper Second Class Honours) from the University of Leeds. Her detail-oriented nature has assisted her in the assessment, maintenance and improvement of several Computerized systems. Abigail also has experience in educating others about AI and assisting with solving mathematics questions. Passionate and purpose-driven, she has a heart for serving others, as seen by her participation in her Church's Media and Worship teams. When she isn't serving at church, you can find her contributing to educational theatre, as an actress with Milwaz Productions. On this platform, literature texts on the English syllabus, are brought to life for a deeper understanding by the students. Abigail's favourite quote is "If I don't know it, I will most surely learn it!"
